Week 19 was the week my oldest participated in her last Montessori school opera. The week she worked so hard on the part she didn’t think was the part she really wanted. And the week she stole the show.
After the devastating natural disasters in Oklahoma yesterday we debated whether to post our weekly images or not. Ultimately we decided (and we may not have all been in agreement) that life is amazingly precious and to cherish every minute of every day. That leaving a week blank would do nothing to help the parents find their missing children, or recover homes, or put lives back together. We want to celebrate children and families everywhere. And to remember that our time here is limited. We hope not to take one moment of it for granted. And our hearts go out to everyone missing loved ones today. Week 19. www.youaremywild.com .
